A2B Enforcement Company are expanding rapidly and require a Part-Time Employee

(Zero Hour Contract)

 

Main Job Duties and Responsibilities

 

Making, answering and directing phone calls/ distributing messages

​

Organising and scheduling appointments

​

Coordinate meetings

​

Handling enquiries and incoming work requests

​

Review files and records to answer requests for information

​

Checking and distributing documents and correspondence

​

Postal Mail duties

​

Maintain filing systems

​

Compiling records of office activities

​

Photocopying, scanning, and faxing

​

Send emails

​

Prepare and distribute outgoing mail and packages

​

Type documents and correspondence

​

Checking and entering data

​

Update and maintain databases

​

Coordinate work flow

​

Basic accounting functions - check invoices and depositing

​

Managing petty cash

​

Monitor and order inventory of office supplies

​

Keep office area orderly

​

Education and Experience

​

Knowledge of relevant software applications including MS Office

​

Proficient in use of email and internet

​

Excellent numeracy skills

​

Accurate keyboard skills

​

Knowledge of office management systems and administrative procedures
